    What items can you accept?

    We can accept and advertise new or excellent condition nearly new, authentic designer or high end clothes, shoes, bags & accessories on your behalf.

    Priding ourself on having something for everyone, age, style and size.

    What is your commission

    Our fee is 50%* of the final sale price the remaining 50%* is paid to you via Bank transfer. Prices are all agreed via email prior to advertising

    What brands and condition of clothing do you accept?

    Clothes must be recently cleaned, excellent condition & in season. Items must be from smoke free homes and in excellent, clean, pet hair free, ironed & wearable condition. We check everything thoroughly before advertising, anything marked (fake tan, deodorant or spills) frayed, bobbled, unwashed etc, past it’s best, or broken won’t be accepted & will be donated on your behalf.

    Are there any items you will not accept?

    Please note unbranded items or items with tags cut off, or items from H&M, AX Paris, Newlook, Primark, M&Co, QVC / Kaleidoscope, budget brands (Boohoo, Missguided, Shein etc) or supermarket brands will not be accepted as we have found there is a low resale market value.

    Authenticity Checks

    All items must be genuine, under no circumstances are replica items knowingly accepted or sold. All high end brands are checked by our third party authenticators. Any item booked in found to be a replica will incur a £50 admin fee for the time for the appointment and covering authenticity fees

    How do I know when my items have sold?

    You will receive an update every 60 days with any sales made to your items and the payment will be sent within 60 days of sale. 

    Items are held for a period of 3 full months, we will then arrange a price reduction, collection or donation of any items that are unsold

    Can I list the items anywhere else?

    We kindly ask that items are not advertised elsewhere and to avoid requesting a collection within the 3 months they are held by us.

    How many items can I submit at one time?

    DUE TO DEMAND SUBMISSIONS ARE LIMITED TO 10 ITEMS PER APPOINTMENT
